Goals and Vision of the “Harf-e Honar” Project

Since the early 2000s, with the aim of establishing a pioneer institution in the field of art management, particularly in the visual arts, we have stepped into this artistic arena to play a pioneering and influential role in the developments and advancements of Iranian art. Our initial steps involved creating websites for artists, but due to the lack of adequate intellectual and operational infrastructure in the fields of art and the internet at that time, we were unable to advance these efforts successfully.

In the 2010s, considering factors such as the growing necessity of virtual space for accessing information and communication, and the undeniable role of digital media in the development and promotion of artistic activities, as well as leveraging our experience and knowledge in this field and direct connections with the art community, we launched the “Harf-e Honar” project in early 2018, focusing on the visual arts.

The main objectives of this project include producing video documentaries about artists, collections, and visual arts events, providing artistic and media management for artists and events, and creating a visual and video archive of the visual arts.

Our vision is for “Harf-e Honar” to become one of the most reputable art management entities in Iran, with its website recognized as one of the most important visual and archival references for Iranian art. Achieving this vision requires our continuous effort and the support of Iran’s art and cultural community.

We acknowledge the esteemed position of culture, art, and artists, and with respect for this status, we will always stand by them and strive to support them.
