Tehran, a city with a diverse urban geography, has seen damage, distress, and scarring over time. Perhaps only through a map can one access its outer and inner boundaries and follow its paths in focus and silence.

While studying the relationship between popular culture and the tablecloth, I encountered various tablecloths, underlays, napkins, and other items. This diversity perhaps tells the story of life.

The residents, who come from different ethnicities with diverse dialects and cultures, have settled in Tehran, bringing with them varied customs. This diversity, along with the collected samples from different areas of Tehran, illustrates a disunity of place and time, revealing a gap between social classes.
