Title: Dialogue of Roots
Hamideh Sobhani, born in 1986, holds a Master’s degree in Painting from Sooreh University. She is a multimedia artist as well as a university and art school instructor.
Her activities include:
- Solo painting exhibition in Qazvin, 2015
- Participation in over 20 group exhibitions of painting, video art, and illustration in Tehran, Qazvin, Isfahan, Rasht, Khorramabad, Bandar Abbas, and in countries such as Germany, France, Greece, and Italy
- Selected artist at the 6th and 10th Fajr Visual Arts Festival with paintings and video art
- Second place in the 6th Biennial Painting Exhibition of Qazvin Province
- Member of the Policy Council for Urban Art Festivals of Qazvin Province, 2019-2020
- Exhibition manager for the 7th Biennial Painting and the 3rd Biennial Design of Qazvin Province
- Collaboration with the Video Artists Group
- Invitation to the first and second Curatorial Backpack Video Projects with video art works in 2019 and 2021
- First place in the National Festival of Artist Teachers in the Conceptual Art section with video art work in 2021
