Title: “Sâmun Dare”
Isma Bachelor’s degree in Handicrafts from Tabriz Art University in 2006 (1385). For four years, he studied modern painting and design in Dr. Hamid Namdar’s independent classes in Tabriz.
Due to his residence in northern Iran and the influence of his living environment in the village of Ghaleh Sar in Neka city, environmental issues hold a special place in his works. Notably, he has performed in two editions of the Persbook Contemporary Art Biennial (9th and 11th editions).
Ismail Ghanbari has held 8 solo exhibitions and participated in over 15 group exhibitions. His most recent solo exhibition, titled “Zone,” was held at Iranshahr Gallery (Tehran) in Shahrivar 1402 (August/September 2023).
